Overview

Qalun Quran is a Quran app featuring a full Mushaf reader, audio recitations, translations, and tafsir (exegesis). We respect your privacy: the app does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or any personal information, and does not collect or sell personal data.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information. The app stores a small amount of data only on your device to improve your experience, such as:

• Your favourite surahs
• Your selected reciter and language
• Your last listening position, so you can continue where you left off
• Your bookmarked and recently viewed Mushaf pages
• Your preferred translation and tafsir choices
• Downloaded Mushaf pages, audio files, and other content for offline use

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services to function:

• Google Firebase (Firestore) — to load the list of surahs, reciters, and audio links. Firebase may process basic technical information (such as device type and IP address) as part of providing its service. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — to deliver Mushaf pages, recitation audio, translations, tafsir, and other app content. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising networks or analytics trackers.

Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information, no personal data is collected from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
